During the meeting, the issues of the role of youth in the integrated management system of the enterprise, personnel support for the work of young specialists, creation of conditions for successful socialization, professional growth and self-realization of young people working at Belarusian NPP were discussed. Also, the concept of reconstruction of the information center of the NPP in Ostrovets was presented to the Minister.
"Reliable and safe operation of the plant is possible only with highly qualified personnel. It is important to create conditions under which the best young specialists - power engineers - are retained at the enterprise and ensure reliable operation of the NPP. At the same time, information on personnel policy issues must be transparent and understandable," Denis Moroz noted following the meeting.
