Specialists from Bangladesh assessed the equipment and capabilities of the training center of Belarusian NPP, got acquainted with the organizational structure of the enterprise, the work and interaction of the structural divisions of the plant.
Foreign guests watched the work of the laboratory of psychophysiological support, classes of theoretical training, classrooms with local simulators, a full-scale simulator of the power unit control panel.
Bengal power engineers also visited the production site of the nuclear power plant. Including the turbine hall of power unit No. 2 and the 330 kV SF6 switchgear.
“What we saw at Belarusian NPP impressed us very much. The training center at Rooppur NPP is just starting to operate. We will use the acquired knowledge and try to implement at our plant what is at Belarusian NPP,” Islam Shaginur, Head of the Ruppur NPP Training Center, said following the visit.
