The decree sets forth the dates for the commissioning of the plant: the first power unit - in 2021, the second - in the first half of 2022.
The decree established that the commissioning of the NPP is carried out in accordance with the commissioning programs for the first and second units of the power plant, approved by its operator - RUE “Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant”.
The Council of Ministers was instructed to determine the procedure for the acceptance of start-up complexes of NPP units into operation and a list of government agencies and other organizations issuing conclusions upon acceptance of these start-up complexes into operation.
In accordance with the decree, acceptance commissions will be appointed by the Council of Ministers at least 40 days prior to the planned commissioning date of each unit; to approve acts of acceptance into operation of start-up complexes of NPP units completed by construction.
