From November 17 to 20, 2025, the staff of SPA “Belenergo” and State Enterprise “Belarusian NPP” improved their skills in effective interaction and leadership.
An integrated approach to training enabled us to consider issues of ensuring a safety culture from all angles.
The first part of the course covered theoretical issues, the fundamentals and mechanisms of safety culture, and the areas of responsibility of the managing and operating organization.
The second, practical part took place at Belarusian NPP. Students mastered leadership self-assessment techniques, explored effective tools for fostering standards of safe behavior within teams, and shared best practices for strengthening accountability at all levels.
