Earlier, the company hosted a meeting between Belarusian NPP's management and young specialists who arrived at their first job in 2025. General Director Sergei Bobovich and his deputy, Vladimir Gretsky, visited specialized universities across the country that train specialists for BelNPP.
On September 30, 2025, a working meeting was held dedicated to one of the key investments in the future of any enterprise: the development and career growth of young professionals. CEO Sergey Bobovich met with mentors to discuss the implementation of the "Career Growth Roadmap for Young Professionals" and methods for its effective implementation.
The meeting, held in a lively dialogue format, focused on an in-depth analysis and improvement of the mentoring system. Participants exchanged views on the principles and methods of mentoring and the potential results that can be achieved through this work. The primary focus was on how to most effectively utilize the experience of the older generation to develop competencies and professional development of young professionals.
The meeting was attended by representatives from the personnel department's HR management team, the training center, the ideological work group, the labor and wages department, and the psychophysiological support laboratory. This demonstrates the comprehensive attention paid to every aspect of young professionals' development—from professional training and psychological support to motivation and career planning.
CEO Sergei Bobovich placed particular emphasis on the mission of mentoring, seeing it not simply as a transfer of knowledge but also as the development of a value-based approach to business.
"This is a way of passing on experience from the older generation of specialists to the youth," noted Sergei Bobovich. "We are doing this work, first and foremost, for ourselves and for our future. Our shared goal is to tune young people into the right mindset and instill in them the understanding that working at Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant is their calling."
These words emphasize the deeply personal component of mentoring and lay the foundation for building sincere and productive relationships between experienced employees and newcomers. After all, this approach enables young professionals not only to master professional skills but also to integrate into the corporate culture, feel valued, and find a calling in working at such an important and responsible facility as Belarusian NPP.
The meeting marked an important step in strengthening the mentoring system at Belarusian NPP, highlighting management's commitment to ensuring the company's sustainable development through targeted support and development of young specialists. This is key to the plant's successful future and the professional growth of its employees.
To develop Belarusian NPP's youth policy and give additional impetus to work with young specialists, on October 1, 2025, the company's general director approved the "Strategy for the implementation of the youth personnel policy of the state enterprise Belarusian NPP for the period up to 2030."
