Belarusian NPP undergoes certification of quality management system on issues of requirements for suppliers of services, goods and products for the nuclear industry

The first stage of certification of the organization's quality management system for compliance with the requirements of STB ISO 19443-2023 "Quality management systems. Specific requirements for the use of ISO 9001:2015 by organizations in the nuclear power supply chain supplying products and services important to nuclear safety" was held at Belarusian NPP on May 6-7, 2025.

Within two days, specialists from the Republican Unitary Enterprise “Belarusian State Institute of Metrology”, the Republican Unitary Enterprise “Belarusian State Accreditation Center”, SPA “Belenergo”, and LLC “BelProektConsulting” studied the current state of the enterprise’s quality management system and documentation, and also conducted interviews with the enterprise’s employees.

Certification in implementation of the specified management system will be carried out for the first time in the Republic of Belarus.
