Youth leaders of large enterprises of Belarus gathered at Belarusian NPP to exchange experience: OJSC “INTEGRAL”, OJSC “Minsk Tractor Plant”, OJSC “Mozyr Oil Refinery”, OJSC “Mogilev Metallurgical Plant”, OJSC “MAZ” - the management company of the holding “BELAVTOMAZ”, OJSC “BMZ - the management company of the holding “BMK”, RUE “Vitebskenergo”.
The workshop was launched by a dialogue platform, where the participants talked with Deputy Director General for Economics Alexey Ris, Head of the Production and Technical Equipment Department Georgy Klimovich, and also assessed the first copy of the photo album "Belarusian NPP. How it was", the pages of which reflect the construction of the first nuclear power plant in the Republic of Belarus. Deputy Chairman of the Trade Union Organization Marina Pylinskaya spoke about the activities of the primary trade union organization of the enterprise, and HR specialist Olga Kuts introduced the guests to the work of the HR management group. The communication was informal, rich and interesting. The youth exchanged experiences and new ideas.
At the end of the dialogue, the participants launched the youth initiative “All roads lead to Belarusian NPP”, where everyone could mark their path from “home” to the nuclear power plant.
The guests were then treated to a tour of the NPP information and training centres, a visit to the psychophysiological support laboratory and a tour of the nuclear power plant production site.
Youth leaders of Belarusian enterprises played the intellectual and entertaining "Youth Quiz" with young and active representatives of BRYU of the plant.
In the year of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory, the workshop participants did not stay away from Belarusian NPP challenge “Let’s bow to everyone” and laid flowers at the monument to Soviet soldiers and partisans in Ostrovets.
On the second day of the workshop, youth leaders took part in a team-building training and also got acquainted with the sights of Ostrovets and Ostrovets district.
The event, useful in terms of exchanging experience and ideas, was held at the initiative of Belarusian NPP youth, but, as its participants agreed, it should definitely be repeated at other industrial “giants”.
