The report of the audit commission on the results of financial and economic activities was heard, the issue of fulfilling the estimate of the primary trade union organization of the enterprise for the last year was considered, and the estimate for 2022 was approved.
Amendments and additions to the team agreement for 2020-2022 were also approved.
The chairman of the primary trade union organization of the enterprise, Marina Pylinskaya, noted in her report that the trade union committee managed to build an integral system of interaction with the employer to translate common goals into reality, build a productive dialogue and achieve a high level of social partnership. This provide the norms in the team agreement that increase the level of protection of labor and social and economic rights of employees in comparison with the norms of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, the General and tariff agreements.
