The purpose of the event is to study the experience of State Enterprise "Belarusian NPP" in the arrangement and methodological support in training and work of personnel.
The workshop is attended by employees of the NPP Training Center, headed by the Deputy Chief Engineer for Personnel Training - Head of the NPP Training Center V. Gorin, representatives of the management of State Production Association "Belenergo", heads of the RUE-oblenergo and specialists of the training centers of the RUE-oblenergo, psychologists and methodologists.
The exchange of practical experience will continue the improvement the HR system.
