The published facts were revealed by the technical supervision service of Belarusian NPP state enterprise. In accordance with the established procedure, the state-owned enterprise Belorussian NPP jointly with JSC Atomstroyexport JSC conducted an internal investigation. All comments on the installation of air conditioning systems of Belarusian NPP have been eliminated. The officials guilty of violation of the work, have been removed from the construction site.
In order to prevent such actions, the regulatory documentation on the organization of incoming control of instruments and equipment coming to the construction site of Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant was revised.
It should be noted that during the construction of the station, the state-owned enterprise Belorussian NPP, as a customer, uses a systematic approach to quality control at all stages of the construction of the NPP. The comments revealed during the work, inconsistencies with the design decisions are to be immediately eliminated, the guilty officials are removed from the construction site of Belarusian NPP.
