General view of the site of Belarusian NPP

On February, 15 2018, in Ostrovets region, a single day of information was held. Oblast information group, headed by the head of the main department of ideological activity, culture and youth affairs of Grodno Oblast Executive Committee Alexander Versocki, held meetings in work collectives of agro-town Mali and Ostrovets regional library. The information group was also attended by the head of the information and public relations department of state enterprise "Belarusian NPP" Eduard Svirid.

The representative of Belarusian NPP informed the people on the progress of the construction of the nuclear power plant, the specifics of the project and its safety. A special attention was paid to the issue of choosing a site for the NPP construction and some other topics actively discussed in the society in connection with the construction of Belarusian NPP.

In order to increase the awareness of the residents about the project of the first Belarusian nuclear power plant, the participation of the representatives of Belarusian NPP in the single days of information will become traditional.
