More than 100 people tried their hand at the fit for labor and defense standards:
- standing long jump
- forward bend from a sitting position
- 30 meter run
- shuttle run
- push-ups/pull-ups
- abs
- 6 min run.
All participants showed high performance and achieved excellent results!
The next stage of passing the fit for labor and defense standards will take place in May 2025.
