The national voluntary campaign "Forest Week" was held in Belarus for the 15th time. From year to year, an increasing number of participants and regions of the country take part in the growing of young forests.

Traditionally, employees of Belarusian NPP take an active part in the campaign. The specialists of the enterprise have been participating in the event for more than 10 years, and during this time they have planted several tens of hectares of forest.

Last Saturday, employees of the nuclear power plant worked in Mikhalishki forestry, Ostrovets region. Thanks to the nuclear scientists, on that day, the forest area of Ostrovets region was replenished with one and a half hectares of young spruces, and larch, in every sense, new forest in Ostrovets region.
